John has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been working directly with retail clients and spent 18 years at several firms with the last eight years at Edward Jones. Prior to that he was a Research Analyst and IT professional.
John received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and earned his MBA from Washington University in 1988. He earned his CFP® designation in 2010. Along the way he earned his Missouri Life and Health license, Series 7, and Series 63.
John is a divorced dad of 4 kids. He is active in various charities and his most recent assignment was on the annual golf committee of the Ronald McDonald House of St. Louis, where we raised over $1 million for the House.
In his spare time, he likes to hang out with his kids, watch sports, travel, and cheer the St. Louis Blues to their first ever Stanley Cup title.
